Freeze for 2+ hours before use. Slides into the integrated pocket of the QUOR Performance Boxer. Designed for repeated use — store flat in a freezer or in the Vault between sessions.

Standard shipping within the United States: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Returns
30-day return window. CryoInserts must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and unused. Customer covers return shipping.
