REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: February 25, 2026
At QUOR, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Below is the full policy — written plainly, the way we'd want to read it ourselves.
30-Day Fit Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund (less return shipping — see below).
To be eligible for a return:
- You may open one pair of Performance Boxers to check the fit. All other pairs in your order must remain sealed in their original packaging.
- CryoInserts and the Vault must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and unused.
- The fit-check pair must be unworn beyond a brief try-on, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear (including extended wear, sweat, or use during physical activity).
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or use beyond a brief fit check, or items returned outside the 30-day window, are not eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sale events marked "final sale."
- Gift cards.
- Sauna Hats, due to direct head contact and hygiene reasons.
If you have a sizing or fit question on a final sale item, email us before ordering — we're happy to help.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at support@quorwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below). We recommend a trackable shipping method — we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund — that part is out of our control.
If your return doesn't meet the eligibility requirements above, we'll email you before issuing any partial refund or sending the items back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, email support@quorwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
"Damaged or defective" means manufacturing flaws — broken stitching at delivery, fabric defects, hardware failures, or items that arrive visibly damaged. Normal wear (pilling, fading, fit relaxation, elastic softening over time) is not considered a defect. After 30 days, items are covered by your statutory consumer rights under California and federal law.
Exchanges
If your Performance Boxer doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for a different size at no additional cost on the re-ship.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- Exchanges are available on Performance Boxers only — bundles, CryoInserts, the Vault, and Sauna Hats are not eligible.
- The pair you're exchanging must meet all the standard return eligibility requirements above (unworn beyond a brief try-on, unwashed, no odors, stains, or signs of wear).
- All other pairs in your order must remain sealed in their original packaging.
- The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Bundles
For bundle purchases (such as the Essentials Bundle, Color Trio 3-Pack, or Complete Kit), the same return policy applies. You may open one pair of Performance Boxers to check fit. All other items in the bundle must remain sealed in their original packaging.
Partial returns on bundles will be refunded at the individual item price, not the bundle discount price. The bundle discount is contingent on keeping the full set.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email support@quorwellness.com as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process above.
Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed at a delivery facility, we'll refund the order minus original shipping costs.
If you'd like the order re-shipped, the additional shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Region
This policy applies to orders shipping within the United States. If we expand to international shipping, region-specific terms will be added here.
Return Abuse
We're a small founder-led brand and want to take care of customers who care about the product. We reserve the right to decline returns from customers with a pattern of excessive returns, returns that violate this policy, or other indicators of abuse. If this affects your account, we'll explain why directly.
