REFUND POLICY

At QUOR, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-DAY FIT GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- You may open ONE pair of boxer briefs to check fit. All other pairs in your order must remain sealed in their original packaging.
- Cooling inserts must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Items must be unworn (other than trying on for fit), unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or damage.
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at support@quorwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@quorwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
BUNDLES
For bundle purchases (e.g., The Complete System), the same return policy applies. You may open one pair of boxer briefs to check fit. All other items in the bundle must remain sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Partial returns on bundles will be refunded at the individual item price, not the bundle discount price.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@quorwellness.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
