Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to feel confident in your QUOR gear. If the fit isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR BOXERS
If you ordered multiple pairs, please only open and try on ONE pair to check the fit.
The tried-on pair must be unwashed, unworn (beyond trying on for fit), and have tags attached.
All other pairs must be completely unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If a pair has been removed from its packaging, even if it wasn't tried on, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return.
Cooling inserts can only be returned if the packaging is still sealed and unopened.

Ship it back
We'll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. orders). Pack your items securely and drop them off at any carrier location. -
Get your resolution
Exchanges ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
GOOD TO KNOW
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping — we're unable to provide prepaid labels outside the U.S. at this time.
A note on sustainability: If a pair doesn't work out and you'd prefer not to return it, we encourage you to pass it along to someone who could use it. Quality gear should never go to waste.
