Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for maximum longevity. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can degrade TENCEL Lyocell fibers and reduce the fabric's natural breathability over time. The CryoInsert should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
